Naveen along with his supporters reached Kurukshetra amid the International Geeta Mahotasava (IGM), where he reached Brahamsarovar’s Purshotam Bagh via VIP road while raising slogans against the government and carrying national flags, spears, trishuls, and two suitcases on which it was written: “suitcase mei naukri” and “suitcase mei sarkar” (job and government in suitcase).
On reaching Purshotam Bagh, Naveen addressed the media exactly at the same place where Haryana chief minister (CM) Manohar Lal Khattar had addressed a press conference on December 1.
Naveen leveled serious allegations of ‘selling government jobs’ in Haryana against the BJP-JJP coalition government.
Naveen challenged Haryana CM, his deputy CM, or any concerned ministers or leaders of the ruling government and swear while keeping one hand on the holy ‘Bhagvada Geeta’ and holding ‘Ganga Jal’ in another hand that “they have not done anything wrong in the recruitments in Haryana. After they swear, we will accept that they have not done anything wrong”.
“If they do not swear as we demand then they are corrupt. The accused deputy secretary Anil Nagar of Haryana Public Service Commission (HPSC) is a fish and the government is saving the crocodiles”, said Naveen.
“It is just to struggle against iniquity. Over 30 lakh youths of Haryana are distressed due to recruitment scams. In Geeta, Sri Krishna has said that yudh (war) should be fought against iniquity for justice. We have started dharamyudh from today (on Monday) as wrongdoings have been done in all the recruitments from Group-D to top level. The government is in the suitcase and the jobs are also in the suitcase, as whosoever has money can buy the jobs in Haryana”, said Naveen.
“We will gherao Haryana Vidhan Sabha with youths on December 17 and offer gaumutra, gobar (cowdung) during the ongoing session, if the government fails to take action in these scams”, said Naveen.
Without naming anyone, Naveen alleged that two ministers of the Haryana government are involved in this recruitment scam of the state.
