Inspiring and empowering youth towards entrepreneurship utmost priority: Haryana CM | Chandigarh News

CHANDIGARH: Haryana chief minister Manohar Lal Khattar while presiding over a review meeting with the administrative secretaries and deputy commissioners through video conferencing on Wednesday on Antyodaya Gram Utthan Melas being organised across the state directed that the officers concerned should work on mission mode to make these melas a huge success.
He said that in a bid to reach out to those at the bottom of the pyramid, these Antyodaya Gram Utthan Melas are being organised to connect people with self-employment as well as to benefit them from the welfare policies of the government. Inspiring and empowering youth towards entrepreneurship is our utmost priority, added Khattar.
The chief minister also sought suggestions, observations and feedback from them regarding the melas organised at 24 different locations across the state on November 29-30, 2021 for selecting the eligible families for business and self-employment.
“As per the feedback received from the officers concerned, positive results have been yielded in these melas. We have to work on mission mode to increase the annual income of each eligible family upto Rs 1.80 lakh”, said the CM.
